The story in 2 Kings 6 always grabs people attention because of the fiery angel army.  There’s nothing quite as exciting as seeing the chariots of heaven aflame and ready to attack.  And while this is a captivating part of the story, there is perhaps a deeper lesson to be learned.  The story is all about sight… about what we see and what we do not see.  God invites us to see more than what we might be perceiving in the present moment.  Will we ask Him to open our eyes?
